I can look them up! LOL I've been lazy and in the thread with Reborn just been saying 'antidote'.

Amanita Mushrooms: some specific treatments have been shown to improve survivability. High-dose continuous intravenous penicillin G has been reported to be of benefit, though the exact mechanism is unknown, and trials with cephalosporins show promise. There is some evidence that intravenous silibinin, an extract from the blessed milk thistle (Silybum marianum), may be beneficial in reducing the effects of death cap poisoning. A long-term clinical trial of intravenous silibinin has just begun in the US. (More on the wikipedia)

Arsenic: There is no element that serves as an arsenic antagonist. The treatment of choice for acute arsenic poisoning is BAL (2,3-dimercaptopropanol). although other complex compounds may also be used. BAL seems to slow or reduce arsenic transition across the blood-brain barrier.

For chronic arsenic poisoning, the picture becomes much more complex, as long term arsenic toxicity creates a myriad of sympoms and related disorders, including some forms of cancer. Generally, in this case, the symptoms are treated and occassionally the root cause may not even be detected. Again, BAL and it's similar compounds make be used to chelate the arsenic and convert it into a water-soluble form which may be washed out of the body.

Chloroform: Hypodermic injection of strychnine, whiskey, or ammonia: enema of strong coffee and whiskey; artificial respiration and oxygen; when swallowed, use stomach lavage.

Cyanide: Hydroxycobalamin reacts with cyanide to form cyanocobalamin, which can be eliminated by the kidneys. This method has the advantage of avoiding the formation of methemoglobin (see below). This antidote kit is sold under the brand name Cyanokit and was approved by the FDA in 2006.

GHB: Physostigmine has been used to reverse coma with some success but the risks and benefits of this antidote are poorly defined.

Hemlock: tannic acid, stimulants and coffee, emetics of zinc, or mustard and castor oil, and, if necessary, artificial respiration. It is essential to keep up the temperature of the body.

Methanol: Methanol poisoning is relatively uncommon, therefore few studies have been done on this subject. Fomepizole has been claimed to have a longer duration of action and better reduction in toxicity than ethanol when used as an antidote in methanol poisoning.
